Pampering Phoebe
I just realised I never buy things for Dana the way I’ve been buying for Phoebe.
I just got Phoebe a zippered sleeve. I didn’t like the free neoprene case that came with it, not because I’m ungrateful, but because I didn’t like the velcro. Everytime I opened the case, I felt it sounded like my heart being ripped out or something.
What else did I get for Phoebe? Let’s see …
I got her the Coolpad bundle comprising one Podium and one Traveler to keep her cool. The Podium will stay at home for her to rest on while the Traveler will go with her whenever I take her out to use wherever. Both Phoebe and the Traveler fit snugly into the new zippered sleeve.
The Coolpad comes highly recommended by both Richard and Darren, both long-time Mac enthusiasts.
What else did I get for Phoebe? Hmm … I got her more memory. I wanted to get her 512MB but someone came along with an offer for a 256MB RAM that I couldn’t resist. It came with free installation, too.
Hey, I think that’s all I got for Phoebe so far. However, I haven’t got her a bag to take her in. So far, Phoebe in the velcro sleeve has been protected in my Eagle Creek Computer Safe that Richard sent for my Dana a while back. In fact, Phoebe in velcro and Dana can fit really well into the Computer Safe so that I don’t need another bag for them. Of course, now it’ll be Phoebe in zippered sleeve and Dana in Computer Safe.
Why haven’t I pampered Dana the way I’ve been pampering Phoebe? Cuz Dana is a workhorse, rugged as they come, while Phoebe is my little princess.
*ready for the mental hospital, me thinks*
