The best “live” album of all time

Current Music: Hot August Night by Neil Diamond

I don’t know know why I’m so excited about the above album. I have the CD, and the album, too!

I got it from a friend, TS, who commented that it’s the best “live” album of all time.

I agree.

I especially love the Prologue.

I always thought Neil Diamond looked like a mad man in that photo, an image which fits his performance on the album.

Mad as in genius.

The thing about the version TS gave me – it was saved as a continuous piece, from Prologue to (Encore), meaning no breaks in between the songs. This is especially important for a “live” album, where you must listen to it in the original sequence and not be interrupted or irritated by pauses between tracks.
