We got these years ago as part of a Nescafe promotion. Can’t remember the exact details but it was either a free mug with every bottle purchased, or a free mug in exchange for a number of bottle caps or labels. Nescafe is having a similar “free mug with every bottle purchased” promotion right now, but I think mine are cuter.
This is the one I use the most:

You can’t tell from the picture, but this little fellow was barking, barking, barking at me, too. Yes, at me!

I went along to the Malaysia K9 Day 2006 this morning even tho I don’t own a dog. I wish I did, but it’s even more difficult now that I’m about to move to an apartment where pets are not allowed. But I do love dogs, and not only because I’m born in the year of the dog.
This is either the third or fourth year the event has been held, and the organisation just gets better each year. Kudos to the organisers, www.puppy.com.my, and sponsors.
The event was publicised as for dog lovers, and as far as I could see, there were three types of dog lovers present today – participating dog owners of the various competitions, non-participating dog owners, and non-dog owners (maybe they were looking for a good breed to buy or just curious).
It was trully a gathering of a wide cross-section of dog breeds both common and rare. The common ones included alsatians, golden retrievers, pugs and shih tzus, while the rare ones hardly seen in this country included chow-chows (there were at least three today), bassett hounds and even a shar-pei.
The bigger dogs were the well-behaved ones while their little “brothers” were barking away like they were the big fellows there today. There were some shy looking ones (probably not allowed out of the house much) and others that got excited seeing other types of dogs. There was even a beagle checking out a pug and getting into “position”; good thing the pug’s owners saw and pulled them apart in time.
My Nikon 5900 was put to good use today; my favourite shots are the ones of different breeds checking each other out. Check them out below.

I got this off YP’s blog, and really laughed out loud when I read my results:
