The picture above shows the Chinese characters
for Shi Shi's name, which means "Rock"There aren't many pictures of Shi Shi in my Panda Holiday 2001 collection. He was quite active, moving around his exhibit area, and I was so mesmerised, I just stood there watching him. For a giant panda his size, he also moved fast - sometimes, too fast for the camera, and then what I managed to capture on film, showed his back more than his front.
